A photo journal of incredible fall foliage, but from the viewpoint of a stand-up paddle board! Paddling along the Hudson River, it was a spectacular day. September into October are the times I love the most here in the northeast. And to be honest I think that’s why I love traveling out west in the summer. The mountain air out west gives that feel of like late-summer/early-fall when we visit during the peak summer months. And it is this time of year that had me running through trails for cross country, bringing me to who I am today. Chasing marathons and adventurous experiences, riding mountain bikes through forest trails. Enjoy these pics as we set out on a beautiful day, paddling to a cove that looks like it was written for a October movie scene. Well-Fit for sure as getting to the area going below the bridge was against the rough Hudson River current. Well-Nourished for the soul!
