WELL-FED Eggcelent Turmeric CauliRice and Egg Skillet Breakfast! – Anti Inflammatory Protein!

Another turmeric recipe that is super easy, flavorful and great with an egg to start the day satisfied and ready! Photo above shows I added some fresh spinach, avocado and chorizo! But you can omit the chorizo and still the plate is super delish!

What’s great is everything cooks together in one skillet! Easy to make, easy to clean up!

And not to mention the eggs are a great source of nutrients and protein! Be sure to always choose pasture raised eggs!

So, let’s begin with the cauliflower rice, always using a fresh head of cauliflower and shredding it into a skillet.

Add sliced red onion, 2-3 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp black pepper for absorption and 1 tbsp of coconut oil.

Once the turmeric caulirice is cooked, make room for each egg by spreading apart the caulirice in little circlews and place in skillet to cook together.

Ready when the eggs are to your liking! Simply scoop out the egg and the caulirice and place on plate! Anti-inflammatory protein packed!

It’s always a good rule to add greens! Fresh spinach on the side or powergreens. Avocado is a great pair with this dish and some chorizo if you’re in the mood for some spicy meat with your Eggcelent Turmeric CauliRice Breakfast! Well-Fed Nutrition to get at the day!

  1. Add shredded fresh cauliflower into pan, combining with coconut oil, red onion, turmeric, black pepper, parsley
  2. Allow to cook over medium heat
  3. When cauliflower rice is cooked, make space pockets for where to add eggs
  4. Crack eggs one at a time into the space pockets and allow to cook thoroughly to your liking. Sprinkle with oregano and or parsley if you prefer
  5. Scoop out eggs with a spatula, including some turmeric cauliflower rice as well. Place on plate and serve with optional sides such as fresh greens like spinach and avocado. Chorizo pairs nicely as well.
