Steak Stir-Fry with Coconut Aminos and Sprout Brown Rice
This is a traditional stir-fry made with tons of hearty vegetables and lean steak. Chicken or shrimp can be used in place. To get that stir-fry flavor, coconut aminos are used rather than soy sauce. This makes for not only a great tasting dinner but also an incredibly healthy well-fed meal!. With that said, the best rice to pair it with would be sprouted brown rice or regular brown rice, wild rice, basmati or red rice.
