Ingredients
Turmeric Cauliflower Rice
Cumin Coconut Shrimp
Kale, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage Slaw
Cumin Lime Cilantro Yogurt Sauce
Fresh Romaine Lettuce

Instructions
Turmeric Cauliflower Rice
  1. Shred the fresh cauliflower into pan
  2. Add coconut oil, red onion, turmeric, black pepper and parsley
  3. Allow to cook over medium heat
Cumin Shrimp
  1. Thaw, clean and peel each shrimp and add to pan
  2. Add coconut oil and herbs
  3. Allow to cook over medium heat (can also grill the shrimp outside, first combining herbs to bowl and mixing raw shrimp so to have a seasoning on them)
Cumin Lime Cilantro Yogurt Sauce
  1. Add all ingredients and mix. Using Apple Cider Vinegar is an option if you do not have fresh lime
Kale, Cabbage Brussels Sprout Slaw
  1. Pour into bowl and add herbs of cumin, oregano and parsley if you prefer. You can also add lime juice or Apple Cider Vinegar, or keep as is.
Recipe Notes

Place romaine lettuce onto plates. Add turmeric cauliflower rice, then shrimp, followed by kale, cabbage, brussels sprouts slaw, yogurt sauce and micro greens! Enjoy Well-Fed superfood goodness!
