Amaranth Pie Crust
  1. In mixing bowl combine ingredients for pie crust. When it reaches a nice consistency, roll into a ball and then flatten out into a pie pan
Pie Filling
  1. Preheat Oven to 325
  2. Slice apples enough to fill pie pan
  3. Combine water and butter in sauce pan and melt
  4. Add date sugar and vanilla and cinnamon
  5. Add maple syrup and stir until ingredients are a nice consistency
  6. In large bowl combine apples with coconut flour and date sugar mixture, stirring to coat.
  7. Pour into pie crust
  8. Bake for 35 minutes
