  1. Being boiling water and follow instructions to cook POW! Pasta on box. It does take slightly longer than regular pasta
  2. In pan or skillet heat over medium heat, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic slices, red onion and Brussels sprouts. I put everything in together at once and allow to cook up, browning the brussels and the onions and garlic at same time. Add herbs to your preference.
  3. Pour the Brussels Sprouts with Olive Oil, garlic and onion over the pasta and serve!
