Instructions
  1. Simmer water in sauteing pan over medium heat.
  2. Crack egg gently into mug or cup.
  3. Slowly pour egg into simmering water and allow to cook for a few minutes, checking the consistency of the egg by softly touching the top after about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove egg from water with straining spoon and place over power greens. Squeeze lemon juice over and add dash of oregano and parsley! Enjoy!
